Pit Pass Membership Fees
All Texas State Motocross Pit Pass Membership fees are non-refundable. This includes partial months, regardless of usage. Once billed, the monthly fee cannot be refunded.

Products – Final Sale
All products sold through Texas State Motocross are final sale. Due to the nature of our offerings and membership discount program, returns are not accepted and refunds are not applicable, except where required by law. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom Orders
Custom orders may include additional handling or shipping fees, which are non-refundable.

Order Issues
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact support@texasstatemotocross.com within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review and respond with next steps.
