Shipping Information

Order Processing: Our shipping and customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders typically ship 1–2 business days after being placed. This does not include transit time.

Made-to-Order Items: All apparel and graphics are made to order and may require up to 5 additional business days for production before shipping. During peak times (new releases, holidays, etc.), please allow 2–4 extra business days for processing.

Transit Times: Delivery times will vary based on your location and shipping method. Transit estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed. Orders will include tracking information once shipped.

Flat-Rate Shipping: We charge a flat rate for standard shipping. Additional shipping or handling fees may apply for custom orders requiring special processing.
Returns & Refunds

Pit Pass Membership Fees: All membership fees are non-refundable, including partial months, regardless of usage.

Final Sale Products: All products sold through Texas State Motocross are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, except where required by law.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Order Issues: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@texasstatemotocross.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review and provide next steps.
