Texas State Motocross – Subscription Policy

AGREEMENT

MONTHLY PIT PASS MEMBERSHIP – PAYMENT & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
The Texas State Motocross Pit Pass Membership is billed monthly, in advance. Your chosen payment method will be charged on the same calendar day each month as your initial subscription date. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled. The monthly fee will not increase without your approval.

You may cancel your membership at any time in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below.

CANCELLATION POLICY – MEMBERSHIP

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, including partial months, regardless of usage.

  • To cancel, email support@texasstatemotocross.com with your cancellation request at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid the next month’s charge.

  • Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid month.

SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS, USE, AND REQUIREMENTS

  • The Pit Pass Membership is intended for a single individual and is non-transferable.

  • Members may access and use available member-only benefits for their own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

  • You may not share, resell, transfer, or permit others to use your membership benefits, credentials, or access.

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for safeguarding your login credentials.

OTHER PAYMENT TERMS

  • Any billing errors must be reported within 30 days of the charge date.

  • If membership pricing changes, members will be notified via email. If you do not agree to the new price, your membership will terminate at the end of the period you have paid for.

TERMINATION
Texas State Motocross reserves the right to immediately terminate your membership if you violate any portion of this policy or misuse your membership benefits. Termination for violation will not result in a refund. We may also terminate any membership without cause, with any unused, prepaid time honored until the end of the billing period.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Texas State Motocross, its directors, officers, employees, and content providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages related to your membership or use of member benefits. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cancel your membership.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Texas State Motocross, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of membership benefits, or breach of applicable laws.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Subscription Policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
