Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. This does not include transit time.

Note: During new releases, holidays, or other high-volume periods, there may be an additional 2–4 business days of processing time. All apparel is made to order and may require up to 5 additional business days for manufacturing before shipping.

Shipping Method & Transit Times
We ship all orders via flat-rate shipping. Transit times will vary based on your location and any delays outside our control. All orders include a tracking number for reference, which will be sent once your order ships.

Flat-Rate Shipping & Exceptions

• All standard orders ship at a flat rate of $13.25.

• The only exception is for custom orders that require additional handling or shipping costs. In such cases, any additional charges will be communicated and approved before processing your order.

International Shipping
Our store currently focuses on domestic U.S. orders. Please contact support@texasstatemotocross.com for international shipping inquiries.
